For over ten years Tony has had the privilege of supporting youth and men in improving their lives and mental health in institutional and non-profit organizations in the Fraser Valley. He has supported Indigenous and non-Indigenous men who have experienced severe trauma, substance abuse, abusive relationships, dysfunctional sexual lifestyles, isolation, and anger management issues.

Through active listening and other strategies, he helps adult and young men identify the root causes of their struggles, set meaningful goals, develop practical solutions, and build skills to create lasting change. His approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, and integrative—tailored to each client’s unique needs and comfort level. At the heart of his work is the development of a strong and compassionate relationship with his clients. He strives to equip men with practical tools to break free from destructive behaviour patterns and to empower them to face life’s challenges with strength and resilience. Through his TrueMenWellness.com initiative one of his ultimate goals is to develop a growing community of men who can support each other as they work towards balance and wellness in their lives.

Tony obtained his master’s in counselling psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
